Do any of CFG's products contain animal products?
Our items are 100% free of animal ingredients. Whenever possible, we strive to work with reputable
vendors that share our same beliefs and work ethics. Unfortunately, we cannot accurately verify the labor
conditions of manufacturers located outside the USA.
What forms of payment does CFG accept?
We accept all major credit cards and e-checks through Paypal. All transactions are processed through a
secure server for your protection.
I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still make a purchase?
Yes. Although our shopping cart is hosted by Paypal, you do not need to be a registered member.
Do I have to pay tax?
New York residents are required to pay sales tax. Orders outside of New York are not required to pay tax.
When will my order ship?
Most in stock items ship within 24 to 48 hours unless specified otherwise. For example, some items
specify: "Usually ships in 7-10 days". Please refer to our Shipping page for details.
What is CFG's return policy?
An item may be exchanged for another within 7 days providing it is unopened and in it's original packing.
Return authorization is required. Certain items may require a 10% restocking fee. Contact us for details.
Can I ship to an alternate address?
Yes. Please note: CFG is not responsible for undeliverable items. You may incur shipping charges if your
item is refused and returned or the address is incorrect.
Can I combine shipping?
Shipping charges are determined by dollar amount at a flat rate. We can not combine shipping costs for
multiple addresses.
Where is CrueltyFreeGifts located?
CFG is based out of New York City. We are an internet business and do not have a retail location.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.We currently accept orders in the US only.
